Room Rates For Therapy Rooms

Full day rate is $148.00 + $14.80 GST.
Half day rate is $95.00 + $9.50 GST.
Hourly rate is $23.80 + $2.38 GST.
Saturdays we offer rooms for the full day at the half day rate .
A full day is generally 8am-8pm, although practitioners may use the rooms before 8am or after 8pm at no extra charge if they wish. The half day change over point is strictly 2pm.
Permanent use is billed monthly in advance.
Casual use is billed at the end of each month in arrears.
Rates are current until 30 June 2024.

Room Rates For Group Rooms

Serviced rooms with access to kitchen facilities, tea, coffee, biscuits, microwaves & fridges etc.
Garden with outside seating area.
A staffed reception that operates between 10am & 6pm Monday to Thursday, 9am & 5pm Friday and 9am & 2pm Saturday.
Casual room booking available through reception.
Use of ground level rooms to support disability access when required. There is also disability parking (access from the rear of the building) and a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Use of quiet study area and library, including the ability to borrow books.
Access to free WiFi.
A website profile with links to your own website and/or contact details.
Access to a HICAPS machine linked to your own bank account. This will process Medicare and other health fund refunds as applicable, and process client fees.
Rooms with solar powered heating and cooling.
On-site parking is available – priority is granted to permanent room users. There is ample bicycle and motorbike parking on site. There is free 2-hour parking on the street and all-day metered parking ($1 per hour) on the north facing side of the road.
