My passion is healing and regulation through relationship with others, the self and body. I work with adults on a one-to-one basis who want to improve their mental health or who would like to change or discover something about themselves. This includes those who may be struggling with relationships and life transitions and a wide range of mental health issues. I help clients with issues such as depression/anxiety, obsessive thoughts, relationship issues, addictions, developmental trauma, emotional and nervous system regulation, dissociation and chronic perfectionism. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, particularly those with attention/sensory differences, ADHD and autism. I have a passion for maternal/paternal mental health, transition to parenthood and supporting parents of neurodivergent children.

I am an integrative therapist and use an attachment and trauma-informed approach which draws from a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as Interpersonal Neurobiology, Emotion Focussed Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic Therapy. This includes a combination of relational talk therapy, cognitive therapy, body-focussed/somatic therapy and nervous system regulation techniques. All interventions are underpinned by a strengths-based, relational approach and the latest neuroscience research. I believe in a holistic approach to healing and use body-focussed talk therapy, somatic experiencing, meditation, breathwork and yoga/mindfulness in clinical practice if desired.
