Tammie is a certified practising counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She works with adult individuals and couples.

Tammie brings a warm, empathic, holistic, and client-centred approach to her work. She combines talk therapy with evidence-based modalities. Working from a non-pathologising perspective, she draws upon models such as a Strengths-Based Approach, Attachment Theory, Trauma-Informed Practice, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
